Gluten Free Meatball Series: Bacon Spinach Gouda

Ingredients

  • 450 g Sugar Free Bacon (16 ounces)
  • 6 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 900 g Ground Pork (32 ounces)
  • 56 g Greens of Choice (2 ounces) we used Spinach & Arugula Leaves
  • 225 g Gouda Cheese of Choice (8 ounces), shredded
  • 56 - 140 g Organic Caramelized Onions (2 - 5 ounces) the range is to taste
  • 3 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
  • 1.5 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
