Bison Mini Meatloaf (Gluten Free, Corn Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Meat Mix Ingredients

  • 450 g Grass Fed Ground Bison OR Ground Lamb (16 ounces), we like The Honest Bison
  • 250 g Organic Tomato Paste (9 ounces) we used Yellow Barn
  • 85 mL Organic Maple Syrup (3 ounces) SapJack (previously called The Maple Guild), no defoamer!!
  • 4 tsp Organic Fig Balsamic Vinegar we used O Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Organic Onion Granules we used Spicely Organics
  • 1 - 2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt Selina Naturally
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Garlic Granules Spicely Organics
  • 1 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley

Sauce Ingredients

  • 125 g Yellow Barn Concentrate (4.5 ounces)
  • 60 mL Organic Maple Syrup (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
