  • 140 g Lard/Drippings OR Cooking Fat of Choice (5 ounces)
  • Organic Shallots sliced
  • 840 g Organic Black Beans (30 ounces), drained
  • 110 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces) we used Homemade Tiger Nut
  • 170 mL Organic Maple Syrup (6 ounces)
  • 1 - 2 tsp Sea Salt

  • Corn Free Avocado mixed with Sea Salt and homemade Tiger Nut Milk
  • Organic Diced Tomatoes Jovial photographed
  • Grass Fed Ground Bison seasoned with Sea Salt
