Ingredients

Flax Gel/Egg

Part 1

  • 100 g 85% OR 100% Dark Chocolate, Bar or Chips we used Pascha
  • 100 g 55% Chocolate, Bar or Chips
  • 300 g Dairy Free Butter

Part 2

  • 220 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 150 g Organic Dark Brown Sugar
  • 100 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 80 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) we vouch for glutenfreeoats.com
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 30 g Organic Cacao Powder
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 112 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces) ours was homemade in our NutraMilk
  • 60 mL Oil of Choice (2 ounces) we used EVOO
  • 60 mL Hot Water (2 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
