Purple Chicken Ramen (GF, Top 8 Free, RSF)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 8 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 112 g Organic Purple/Red Onion (4 ounces), sliced
  • 170 g Organic Watermelon Radish (6 ounces), cut into small strips
  • 500 g Organic Purple Cabbage (18 ounces), roughly cut into small pieces
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 670 g Organic Boneless Chicken Breast (24 ounces)
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 TBSP Mirin rice cooking wine, we use the Eden brand
  • 1 TBSP Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
