Gluten Free Pretzel Chicken Nuggets (Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

  • 900 g Organic Ground Chicken Thigh (32 ounces/2 pounds)
  • 155 g Pretzels blitzed in your food processor to resemble breadcrumbs (we used these)
  • 80 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 10 drops Liquid Smoke
  • 3 tsp Organic Ground Mustard
  • 2 tsp Organic Garlic Granules
  • 2 tsp Organic Paprika not smoked
