Dairy Free Pepperoni Pizza Dip (Top 8 Allergy Free)

Ingredients

  • 3 TBSP Oil/Fat of Choice for Cooking
  • 340 g Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 270 g Organic Orange Bell Pepper diced (any colour works)

Step Two Ingredients

  • 230 g Chopped Pepperoni of Choice (we used Applegate Turkey Pepperoni)
  • 224 g (Dairy Free) Cheese of Choice (we used Follow Your Heart DF Parmesan Shreds)
  • 420 mL Milk of Choice
  • 400 g Organic Tomato Paste
  • 4 tsp Organic Ground Mushroom Powder (homemade in our spice grinder)
  • 4 tsp Organic Dried Marjoram
  • 2 tsp Organic Garlic chopped or minced
  • 1 tsp Organic Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
