Ingredients

Part 1

  • 6 TBSP Lard/Drippings OR Cooking Fat of Choice
  • 840 g Organic Red Potatoes (30 ounces), cubed
  • 365 g Organic Yellow Onion (13 ounces), diced
  • 420 g Organic Carrots (14 ounces), large-ish pieces (4 large carrots)
  • 112 g Organic Celery (4 ounces) sliced on the thinner side
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 670 g Wild Salmon (24 ounces) cut into cubes
  • 2.57 L Milk of Choice (92 ounces/11.5 cups)
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 9 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
