Easy Gluten Free Salmon Cakes (Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients

  • 840 g Wild Salmon (30 ounces), Ground
  • 75 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 100 g Flour of Choice we used superfine sorghum
  • 3/4 tsp Organic Ground Ginger
  • 10 - 15 drops Liquid Smoke

Optional

  • Oil of Choice for Cooking (to promote browning)
