Ingredients

  • 215 g Yellow Peach Flesh (7.6 ounces) 3 peaches
  • 360 g Organic White Nectarine Flesh (12.8 ounces) 8 nectarines
  • 140 mL Milk of Choice (5 ounces) we used homemade tiger nut which is not a nut
  • 110 - 250 mL Organic Maple Syrup (4 - 4.5 ounces) The Maple Guild
  • 1 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract Singing Dog
  • 1/4 tsp Celtic Sea Salt
