Part 1
- 340 g Pearl Onions (12 ounces) mine were frozen
- 450 g Organic Green Peas (16 ounces) mine were frozen
- 1.34 KG Ground Meat of Choice (48 ounces) I used home-ground pork, more on that below
- 3 tsp Sea Salt
Part 2
- 670 g Organic Tomato Sauce (24 ounces) AKA Strained Tomatoes
- 500 g Organic Diced Tomatoes (18 ounces)
- 200 g Organic Tomato Paste (7 ounces)
- 225 mL Milk of Choice (8 ounces)
- 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 3 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley
- 2 TBSP Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
- 4 tsp Sea Salt
