  • 200 g Organic Purple Cabbage (7 ounces), large dice
  • 60 g Organic Baby Kale (2 ounces)
  • 225 g Organic Mushrooms (8 ounces), roughly chopped
  • 225 g Organic Yellow Onion (8 ounces), diced

Part 2 Ingredients

  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 4 tsp Organic Fig Balsamic Vinegar we use the O Olive Oil brand
