- 900 g Organic Potatoes (32 ounces) cubed, red and gold varieties are great, I used the Viking variety
- Organic Zucchini, Several medium to large in size

- 110 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
- 8 TBSP Butter/Fat of Choice
- 2 tsp Organic Onion Granules
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 TBSP Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
