Vegan Cheesy Potatoes (Vegan, Gluten Free, Dairy Free)

Ingredients

Potato Ingredients

  • 1.56 - 1.8 KG Organic Gold Potatoes (56 - 64 ounces), cubed
  • 3 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt add additional salt as necessary

Optional

  • 1/2 tsp Organic Smoked Paprika use non-smoked for Low Histamine

Cheese Sauce

  • 225 g (Dairy Free) Mozzarella Cheese of Choice (8 ounces), shredded, can use another variety for different flavour experience
  • 112 mL Milk of Choice (4 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Dried Chives
  • 1 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
  • 1 tsp Organic Garlic Granules omit for Fructose Intolerance
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
