  • 125 g Organic Celery (4.5 ounces), cut into small pieces

Part 2

  • 420 g Wild Planet Tuna (15 ounces/3 cans) salt added variety
  • 670 g Organic Tomato Sauce (24 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup Organic Sweetened Dried Cranberries unsweetened OK too
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
