Black Bean Pasta Salad by The Allergy Chef

Black Bean Pasta (Vegan, Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 385 grams Tolerant Organic Red Lentil Pasta (13.75 ounces) given the shape of the noodle, weight is the best way to measure

Part 2

  • 810 g Organic Black Beans (29 ounces) 1 large can, or 2 regular sized cans
  • 3 TBSP Raw Organic Honey
  • 2 - 3 tsp Sea Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Organic Dried Parsley

Part 2.5

  • 125 g Black Olives (4.5 ounces), sliced (ours were canned)

Part 3

  • 6 TBSP Mayo of Choice we used a legume based, vegan, egg free mayo
  • 2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 tsp Organic Dried Dill Weed
