- 4 TBSP Organic Maple Syrup OR Honey
- 1.5 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
- 1.5 tsp Bragg Organic Sea Kelp Sprinkle
- 1 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Organic All Purpose Seasoning OR Your Favourite Season Blend Such as Paleo Powder
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
