Gluten Free Pizza: Creamy Spinach & Balsamic Onion (Vegan)

Ingredients

Onion Ingredients

  • 435 g Organic Purple/Red Onion (15.5 ounces), sliced
  • 110 g Dairy Free Butter (4 ounces)

Part 2

  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice
  • 1 TBSP Organic Fig Balsamic Vinegar O Olive Oil Brand
  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar

Spinach Ingredients

  • 60 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (2 ounces), chopped or sliced
  • 1 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Cream Sauce Ingredients

  • 110 g Dairy Free Butter (4 ounces)
  • 5 TBSP Brown Rice Flour, superfine OR Sorghum Flour, superfine

Part 2

  • 335 mL Milk of Choice (12 ounces)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Thyme
  • pinch Organic Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • Cooked Spinach from Previous Step

Additional Assembly Ingredients

  • Pizza Dough of Choice we used Wholly Wholesome
  • 195 g Gouda Cheese of Choice shredded, we used Follow Your Heart
  • Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves
