Bacon Chili (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 3 medium/large Organic Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 medium/large Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 1 small/medium Organic Purple/Red Onion diced
  • 4 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Part 2

  • 900 g Organic Ground Turkey OR Ground Meat of Choice (32 ounces)
  • 560 g Uncured Bacon (20 ounces), uncooked
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 840 g Organic Black Beans (30 ounces/2 cans), not drained
  • 420 g Organic Tomato Sauce (15 ounces) use more for a thinner consistency
  • 170 g Organic Tomato Paste (6 ounces)
  • 85 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
  • 1.5 tsp Organic Ground Cumin omit for Seed Free
