Ingredients

Pork & Cabbage Filling

  • 4 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 560 g Organic Purple Cabbage (20 ounces), chopped
  • 195 g Organic Yellow Onion (7 ounces), sliced or diced

Part 2

  • 900 g Ground Pork (32 ounces)
  • 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt

Optional

  • Mushroom Stems & Gills (from the portabello mushrooms)

For Filled Mushrooms You'll Need

  • 2 Portabello Mushrooms de-gilled and stems removed
  • Dairy Free Butter (for spreading)
  • Organic Garlic Granules for Sprinkling
