- 4 TBSP Avocado Oil OR Cooking Oil of Choice
- 2 large Organic Yellow Onion diced

- 1.34 KG Organic Ground Turkey OR Other Ground Meat Such as Beef, Lamb, Bison, or Pork (48 ounces)
- 3 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 TBSP Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
- 2 tsp Organic Ground Mustard
Cheese Sauce Ingredients
- 450 g (Dairy Free) Cheddar Cheese of Choice (16 ounces)
- 225 g (Dairy Free) Mozzarella Cheese of Choice (8 ounces)
- 170 g Unsweetened Milk of Choice (6 ounces)
- 16 tsp Dairy Free Butter
- 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
- Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
