  • 1 small Organic Yellow Onion sliced
  • 4 - 5 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil for Cooking

  • 1.34 KG Organic Ground Turkey (48 ounces/3 pounds)
  • 2 tsp Redmond's Real Fine Sea Salt
  • 2 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Organic Ground Rosemary

Part 3

  • 670 g Organic Tomato Paste (24 ounces)
  • 65 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 4

  • 450 g Organic Gold Potatoes (16 ounces) cut on the thin side
