- 9 TBSP Dairy Free Butter or butter of choice
- 335 g Organic Carrots (12 ounces), sliced
Optional
- 1 - 2 tsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
Part 2
- 1/2 Organic Pineapple diced
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
Part 3: Egg Scramble Ingredients
- 1.5 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
- 170 mL JUST Egg Substitute (6 ounces) it's OK to use more
- Pinch Sea Salt
Part 4
- 4 TBSP Organic Onion Granules
- 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 2.5 tsp Organic Smoked Paprika
- 1.5 tsp Organic Ground Ancho Chili
Optional
- 225 g Organic Steamed Beets (8 ounces)
- Organic Dried Chives for garnish

- 900 g Cooked Organic Rice of Choice (32 ounces) cold/leftovers
- 3 tsp Sea Salt as needed/to taste. My rice was unsalted.
