- 110 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (4 ounces) chopped
- 3 TBSP Yuzu Rice Vinegar I use the O Olive Oil brand

- 3 TBSP Raw Organic Honey
- 560 g Wild Planet Tuna (20 ounces/4 cans) with salt
- 840 g Cold Organic Cooked Rice of Choice (30 ounces)
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
