Ingredients

Part 1

  • Oil of Choice for Cooking
  • 250 g Organic Bell Pepper (9 ounces), sliced
  • 155 g Organic Carrots (5.5 ounces), sliced

Part 2

  • 335 g Organic Cherry Tomatoes (12 ounces/1 pint), sliced in half
  • 110 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (4 ounces) chopped
  • 3 TBSP Yuzu Rice Vinegar we use the O Olive Oil brand

Part 3

  • 3 TBSP Raw Organic Honey
  • 560 g Wild Planet Tuna (20 ounces/4 cans) with salt
  • 840 g Cold Organic Cooked Rice of Choice (30 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
