  • 100 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 50 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 50 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 6 TBSP Granulated Sweetener of Choice we used maple sugar
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • 280 mL Chocolate Milk of Choice (10 ounces)
  • 3 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
