Part 1
- 9 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
- 450 g Organic Carrots (16 ounces) peeled and sliced thin
- 390 g Organic Napa Cabbage (14 ounces) cut into small pieces
- 225 g Organic Medjool Dates (8 ounces) pitted and chopped (see pictures)
- 1 TBSP Organic Honey Apple Cider Vinegar (I used O Olive Oil brand)
Part 2
- 2 KG Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (72 ounces), trimmed and cut into small pieces
- 2.5 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 Chunk Kelp cut into small pieces (see pictures)
Part 3
- 4 TBSP Organic Honey of Choice I used a raw variety
- 1 TBSP Organic Honey Apple Cider Vinegar (I used O Olive Oil brand)
- 1.5 tsp Organic Ground Ginger
- 1 tsp Organic Unsulphered Molasses
