Gluten Free Soy Free Chicken Chow Mein Memory (Top 8 Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 9 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 450 g Organic Carrots (16 ounces) peeled and sliced thin
  • 390 g Organic Napa Cabbage (14 ounces) cut into small pieces
  • 225 g Organic Medjool Dates (8 ounces) pitted and chopped (see pictures)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Honey Apple Cider Vinegar (I used O Olive Oil brand)

Part 2

  • 2 KG Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (72 ounces), trimmed and cut into small pieces
  • 2.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Chunk Kelp cut into small pieces (see pictures)

Part 3

  • 4 TBSP Organic Honey of Choice I used a raw variety
  • 1 TBSP Organic Honey Apple Cider Vinegar (I used O Olive Oil brand)
  • 1.5 tsp Organic Ground Ginger
  • 1 tsp Organic Unsulphered Molasses

  • 4 Ramen Cakes cooked and drained, not rinsed. I used the Lotus Foods brand (rice based), and it's not made on shared equipment with wheat.
