Cheese-Free Creamy Mac and Cheese (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 450 g Organic Mushrooms (16 ounces), roughly chopped
  • 6 TBSP Dairy Free Butter

Part 2

  • 56 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (2 ounces)
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 9 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 80 g Sorghum Flour, superfine (Authentic Foods)
  • 670 mL Milk of Choice (24 ounces) we used homemade
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
