Allium & Meat Sauce (Gluten Free, Top 8 Allergy Free)

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 340 g Pearl Onions (12 ounces) ours were frozen
  • 450 g Organic Green Peas (16 ounces) ours were frozen
  • 1.34 KG Ground Meat of Choice (48 ounces) we used home-ground pork, more on that below
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 670 g Organic Tomato Sauce (24 ounces) AKA Strained Tomatoes
  • 500 g Organic Diced Tomatoes (18 ounces)
  • 200 g Organic Tomato Paste (7 ounces)
  • 225 mL Milk of Choice (8 ounces)
  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 3 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley
  • 2 TBSP Organic Garlic finely chopped/minced
  • 4 tsp Sea Salt
