  • 420 mL Organic Whole Tiger Nuts, peeled preferred (15 ounces), boiled and soaked (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 340 mL Organic Maple Syrup (12 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
