Ingredients

Part 1

  • 3 TBSP Dairy Free Butter/Fat/Oil of Choice For Cooking
  • 230 g Organic Green Bell Pepper (8 ounces) sliced thin
  • 200 g Organic Purple/Red Onion (7 ounces) sliced thin
  • 100 g Organic Mung Bean Sprouts (3.5 ounces)
  • 225 g Organic Mushroom, sliced (white or brown) (8 ounces)

Part 2

  • 85 g Organic Maple Syrup (4 TBSP)
  • 40 mL Organic Mirin (2.5 TBSP) we use the Eden brand
  • 15 g Organic Garlic (1 TBSP) minced/finely chopped
  • 8 g Organic Chopped Ginger (1 - 2 tsp) cut small

Optional

  • Crushed Red Chili Flakes
  • Pea Shoots or Other Micro Greens for Garnish
