- 300 g Sweet Peppers sliced into small pieces
- 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 6 drops Liquid Smoke
- Small amount of Cooking Oil
Bacon Ingredients
- 450 g Bacon Ends/Lardons of Choices (16 ounces)
- 180 g Frozen Peaches (6.5 ounces) thawed (finish your 10 ounce bag, notes below)
- 4 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 4 drops Liquid Smoke
For Assembly, You'll Also Need:
- Pizza Dough of Choice I used Wholly Wholesome
- Peach Pizza Sauce however, you can use a different sauce
- (Dairy Free) Cheese of Choice I used Follow Your Heart Mozzarella Shreds + Cheddar Shreds, both DF equipment
- Cooked Bacon & Peaches info above
- Cooked Sweet Peppers info above
- Optional "Finishing" Cheese I tested this with a little Follow Your Heart DF Feta
