- 200 mL Milk of Choice
- 120 mL Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract

- 200 g Sorghum Flour, superfine
- 170 g Organic Maple Sugar
- 140 g Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) OR Organic GF PP Oat Flour (glutenfreeoats.com)
- 35 g Arrowroot
- 4 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 tsp Organic Ground Cinnamon
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Organic Ground Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
