Ingredients

Part 1

  • 1.2 KG Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (42 ounces) don't need to trim
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 310 g Organic Apples (11 ounces) cut into large-ish cubes (see photo)
  • 300 g Organic Yellow Onion (11 ounces) sliced
  • 230 g Organic Carrots (8 ounces) medium thickness slices
  • 80 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 70 g Organic Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley
  • 6 tsp Organic Curry Seasoning Powder
  • 2.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 6.5 g Organic Chopped Ginger 1 heaping teaspoon (see photo)

Part 3

  • 1 L Milk of Choice (36 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
