Ingredients

Part 1

  • 2 TBSP Oil of Choice for Cooking we used EVOO
  • 840 g Organic Chickpeas (30 ounces) drained
  • 60 g Organic Collard Greens (2.2 ounces) cut into ribbons
  • 45 g Organic Shallots (1.5 ounce) diced
  • 4 g Kombu soaked in 3 TBSP Pickle Juice
  • 1/2 - 1.5 tsp Sea Salt see note in directions

Optional

Part 2

  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 110 g Organic Pickles (homemade), 4 ounces, small dice
  • 130 g Mayo of Choice (4.6 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Pickle Juice
