  • 175 g Organic Dark Brown Sugar
  • 175 g Organic White Cane Sugar
  • 3 tsp Organic Coffee Grounds
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

  • 250 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 150 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 40 g Arrowroot
  • 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Baking Powder
  • 2 tsp Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
