Ingredients

Part 1

  • 160 g Dairy Free Butter/Fat/Oil of Choice For Cooking
  • 300 g Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 850 g Organic Pumpkin Purée (3 ounces) 2 regular cans
  • 3 TBSP Granulated Sweetener of Choice we used Organic Maple Sugar

Part 3

  • 525 mL Milk of Choice (19 ounces) we used homemade
  • 2 TBSP Organic Dried Parsley
  • 2 tsp Organic Dried Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Organic Dried Tarragon
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground White Pepper

Part 4

  • 340 g Shredded Parmesan OR cheese of choice, notes below (12 ounces)
