Ingredients

  • 225 g Dairy Free Butter (8 ounces)
  • 200 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3.5 g Organic Maple Extract (5 droppers) we use Cook's Organic

Part 2

  • 180 g Organic GF PP Rolled Oats glutenfreeoats.com
  • 150 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour glutenfreeoats.com
  • 100 g Sorghum Flour, superfine
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Part 3

  • 1 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 2 tsp Organic Lemon Juice

Part 4

  • 100 g Unsweetened Dried Apricot chopped into small pieces
  • 50 g Unsweetened Dried Tart Cherries chopped into small pieces
