Ingredients

  • 60 g Dairy Free Butter/Fat/Oil of Choice For Cooking (2 ounces)
  • 200 g Organic Brown Mushrooms (7 ounces) roughly chopped
  • 100 g Fresh Organic Spinach Leaves (3.5 ounces) roughly chopped
  • 40 g Lemongrass small slice
  • 1 tsp Organic Chopped Ginger (heaping scoop)
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2

  • 685 g Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (24.5 ounces) cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
  • 3 tsp Organic Dried Thai Basil

Part 3

  • 420 mL Milk of Choice (15 ounces) I used homemade
  • 2 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
