Ingredients

Flax Gel/Egg

Part 1

  • 90 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 60 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 60 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 50 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour glutenfreeoats.com
  • 30 g Arrowroot
  • 30 g Potato Starch
  • 3 tsp Baking Powder recipe if you need one
  • 3/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

Part 2

  • 130 mL Milk of Choice (4.5 ounces)
  • 1 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Part 3

  • splash Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 110 mL Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (4 ounces)

Part 4

  • 170 mL Hot Water (6 ounces)
