Easy Homemade Nut Free Granola Bars: Raspberry White Chocolate

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 700 g Organic GF PP Rolled Oats
  • 84 g Organic Freeze Dried Raspberries
  • 250 g White Chocolate Chips
  • 560 mL Organic Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 55 mL Neutral Flavored Oil (6 TBSP) We used Tiger Nut (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 45 g Chia Seed Meal 6 TBSP
  • 2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350f
  • Crush your freeze dried fruit a bit before using.
  • Combine all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.
  • Divide the mix into 48 portions. We used the Granola Bar Pan with a press to do this. It also creates the authentic granola bar shape.
  • If using a sheet pan, bake on parchment paper.
  • Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes. If your bars are too thick, the bake time is longer, and they can start to burn a bit at the edges. before being done in the center.

Notes

This is a BIG batch of granola bars. We have 3 young adults who like to snack. Feel free to cut the recipe in half, or 1/4 for a single person or small children.
