Corn Dogs!!! (Gluten Free, Beef Free, Corn Free)
Part 1
- 180 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
- 160 g Millet Flour, superfine
- 4 tsp Baking Powder Hain Featherweight brand for Corn Free
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
- 1/2 tsp Xanthan Gum, Cabbage Derived Authentic Foods
- pinch Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
Part 2
- 450 mL Milk of Choice (16 ounces)
Optional
- A few Tablespoons Organic Maple Sugar. The Papa says that the maple gives it a more traditional corn dog taste. However, if you do this, you'll need to add a little more liquid to reach the desired consistency.
