Lemon Waffles (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

Flax Gel/Egg

  • 6 TBSP Golden Flax Meal
  • 12 TBSP Water

Part 1

  • 320 g Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 260 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
  • 200 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 70 g Millet Flour, superfine
  • 60 g Arrowroot
  • 2 TBSP Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt

Part 2 (Milk Mix)

  • 670 mL Milk of Choice (24 ounces)
  • 2 TBSP Organic Apple Cider Vinegar

Part 3

  • 8 TBSP Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 TBSP Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Fresh Lemon, Zest + Juice
  • 2 TBSP Organic Lemon Juice

Part 4

  • 85 mL Hot Water (3 ounces)
