Paleo, GAPs, AIP Donuts (Gluten Free, Vegan)

Ingredients

Doughnut Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Cassava Flour
  • 1/2 cup Organic Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut) (tuber, not a nut)
  • 2/3 cup Organic Maple Sugar
  • 2 TBSP Golden Flax Meal
  • 1 tsp Organic Raw Ground Vanilla OR 1/2 tsp Organic Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/4 cup Arrowroot
  • 12.5 TBSP Water

Chocolate Glaze Ingredients *Skip the Chocolate Glaze if you are AIP or Low Histamine*

  • 1/4 cup Organic Cacao Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Organic Ground Vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
  • 8 tsp Organic Maple Butter (heated & whipped maple syrup)
  • 56 mL Water OR More for Desired Consistency (2 ounces)

Maple Glaze Ingredient

  • Organic Maple Butter both Shady Maple Farms and The Maple Guild (now called Sap Jack) are good choices.
