Cheesy Meat Pasta (Gluten Free, Allergy Friendly)

Ingredients

Meat Ingredients

  • 4 TBSP Avocado Oil OR Cooking Oil of Choice
  • 2 large Organic Yellow Onion diced

Part 2

  • 1.34 KG Organic Ground Turkey OR Other Ground Meat Such as Beef, Lamb, Bison, or Pork (48 ounces)
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 TBSP Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
  • 2 tsp Organic Ground Mustard

Cheese Sauce Ingredients

  • 450 g (Dairy Free) Cheddar Cheese of Choice (16 ounces)
  • 225 g (Dairy Free) Mozzarella Cheese of Choice (8 ounces)
  • 170 g Unsweetened Milk of Choice (6 ounces)
  • 16 tsp Dairy Free Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste

  • 900 g Cooked Pasta of Choice (32 ounces) For this recipe, we used 2 bags of the Tinkyada (Small Shells).
