Ingredients

Potato Ingredients

  • 900 g Organic Red Potatoes (32 ounces)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste before frying

Onion Ingredients

  • 2 small Organic Yellow Onion cut into large pieces
  • 4 TBSP Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
  • 4 TBSP Millet Flour, superfine
  • 3 TBSP Organic White Cane Sugar
  • 3 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
  • 3 tsp Organic Dried Parsley
  • 1.5 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste
