Spicy Pork Belly (Gluten Free, Top 8 Free, Paleo)
- 335 g Pork Belly (12 ounces) trim if desired
- 420 g Organic Tomato Sauce (15 ounces)
- 100 g Chili Paste (3.5 ounces) heat scale 8/10, this is the one we used
- 100 - 150 g Organic Light Brown Sugar use less for more heat
- 1 TBSP Organic Onion Granules
- 2 tsp Sea Salt
- 2 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
