  • 280 g Organic Purple/Red Onion (10 ounces), diced (you can purchase pre-diced at some stores)
  • 450 - 560 g Salsa of Choice (16 - 20 ounces)
  • 6 TBSP Dairy Free Butter/Fat/Oil of Choice For Cooking
  • 3 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
