- 560 g Boneless Pork Top Loin (20 ounces), cut into pieces

- 75 g Organic GF PP Oat Flour, glutenfreeoats.com OR Tiger Nut Flour (tuber, NOT a nut)
- 4 TBSP Millet Flour, superfine
- 4 TBSP Sorghum Flour, superfine OR Brown Rice Flour, superfine
- 3 TBSP Organic Maple Sugar
- 3 tsp Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
Post-Fry Cooking Sauce Ingredients
- 10 tsp Dairy Free Butter
- 6 tsp Organic Honey of Choice
- 3 tsp Organic Garlic minced/finely chopped
Fried Rice Assembly Ingredients
- 1 bunch Organic Green Onions chopped
- 1 TBSP Dairy Free Butter/Fat/Oil of Choice For Cooking
- 1 tsp Organic Balsamic Vinegar
For Fried Rice, You'll Also Need

- 335 g Frozen Peas (12 ounces), cooked (I like to cook them in the oven. Don't forget to set a timer)
