Ingredients

  • 1.34 KG Organic Boneless Chicken Thigh (48 ounces) about 10
  • 1 large Organic Yellow Onion diced

Part 2

  • 280 - 560 g Organic Frozen Peas & Carrots (10 - 20 ounces) frozen
  • 9 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • 225 - 335 mL Milk of Choice (8 - 12 ounces)
  • 2 tsp Sea Salt

Part 3

  • 3 TBSP Organic Curry Seasoning Powder we used Spicely Organic
  • 80 - 120 g Organic Maple Sugar
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • Organic Ground Black Pepper to Taste

Part 4

  • 4-5 cups Cooked Organic Rice of Choice we used Lundberg Calrose, measured dry before cooking
  • 3 tsp Sea Salt
