Easy Egg Free Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

Part 1

  • 4.5 TBSP Dairy Free Butter or butter/fat of choice
  • 1 large Organic Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 small Organic Yellow Onion diced
  • 170 g Organic Brown Mushrooms (6 ounces), sliced
  • generous pinch salt

Part 2

  • 336 mL JUST Egg Substitute (12 ounces)
  • 1.5 TBSP Dairy Free Butter
  • Generous pinch Salt use more if you don’t use bacon bits

Optional Additional Filling Ingredient

  • Bacon Bits we used the Epic brand
